Summer charter flights to Karelia will last until the end of August
Tour operator FUN&SUN with the support of the Federal Agency for Tourism and the Government of the Republic of Karelia continues the charter flight program from Moscow to Petrozavodsk in the upcoming summer season.
The sales of charter programs to Karelia started at the end of March, and the direction immediately became incredibly popular. To meet high demand, the tour operator transferred the start of the flight program to an earlier date, June 16. It also made it possible for tourists who plan their holidays in Karelia to participate in the state refund program for travelling in Russia.
It is worth reminding that this will be the second charter program of the tour operator to Karelia. The first chain was launched and successfully implemented during the New Year holidays.
The summer charter flights to Karelia will last until the end of August. Flights from Moscow to Petrozavodsk will be held twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays by Ural Airlines from Moscow Domodedovo Airport.
The cost of tours with a charter flight starts from 14,990 rubles per person. The basic tour package includes a sightseeing tour of Petrozavodsk, an excursion to the Kivach nature reserve and the oldest Russian resort Marcial Waters with tasting of medicinal water, as well as the workshops in making protective charms and the famous Karelian kalitkas.
For an extra fee, tourists can visit the Kizhi, the Ruskeala mountain park, the Valaam or the Solovki and much more. Fans of outdoor activities also have the opportunity to order, for instance, rafting on the Shuya River, including a picnic with national drinks tasting.
