Karelian marketplace has become the best portal for tourism and hospitality services
On June 8, 2022, the winners and laureates of the All-Russian Professional Tourism Contest "The Best Tourist Portal - 2021" were presented at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The Karelian marketplace and guide ITOURISТ won in the nomination “The Best Portal of Tourism Services”. Besides, the mobile application of the company, the guide to Karelia, received a diploma of the winner of the contest "Tourist Smart Application".
ITOURIST is a service for travelers where you can find attractions, shops, cafes, gas stations, as well as book a hotel or hire a professional guide. The marketplace is divided into topic sections containing information about the regions of Russia. In addition, the service provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the content of a particular tour in advance, map a route to a sight or accommodation, and also get acquainted with the information about upcoming events in the regions of the country.

“The resource we created with an attractive design and easy navigation contains a lot of useful options for tourists traveling around the territory of the Russian Federation. The main task that we set ourselves was to create a convenient service with the ability to search for objects and booking services, as well as to structure information about sights and places of interest.”
The existing marketplace and guide are in high demand. For six months, more than 13,900 unique visitors to the guide to the Republic of Karelia, containing more than 400 display objects, were recorded, and the mobile application was installed 850 times. ITOURIST can be an excellent replacement for booking services that have left Russia.
