National projects: the industrial technopark “Yuzhnaya Promzona” is being prepared for opening
The new Chinese equipment has already been installed at the site. The Italian machines will be assembled after the masters’ arrival. The selection of the residents will begin in August. The technopark is scheduled to open in early September 2020.
Today, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Karelia for Economic Affairs Dmitry Rodionov discussed the completion of the project "Industrial technopark in the field of stone processing “Yuzhnaya Promzona” and the plans for the residents’ selection with the director of the managing company of the industrial technopark “Yuzhnaya Promzona” of the LLC “Accept” Yevgeny Trifonov.
Currently, the Chinese-made equipment has already been installed at the industrial site. Besides, the Italian machines (sawing equipment, an automatic polishing machine, a multi-disc cutting center, a conveyor polishing machine) have been delivered to the place.
Yevgeny Trifonov said that the equipment installation and commissioning will be carried out by the Italian foremen as soon as entry into Russia is possible. The technopark is scheduled to open in early September 2020.
- “Yuzhnaya Promzona” is an important project that will ensure the growth of the tax revenues to the budget of the republic, the creation of new jobs, the increase in the volume of investments in the capital stock of the region. Its existence will create a platform for the integrated development and support of the business projects in the field of stone processing at all stages of development, said Dmitry Rodionov.
Within the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, the industrial technopark is the largest regional project. Its implementation implies the creation and development of premises prepared for leasing to small and medium-sized businesses, which allows you to quickly organize production sites with the placement of stone-processing equipment there.
The work of such sites will be coordinated by the management company LLC “Accept”, which will solve all entrepreneurs’ issues. Along with preferential equipment rental, the project of the technopark itself provides office space, warehouses, dressing rooms, showers, as well as the organization of catering on the territory of the building.
- Currently, these are the best conditions that can be created for the operation of enterprises in the field of stone processing. Not every entrepreneur can afford such expensive equipment, and our technopark has a whole range of necessary equipment for the full production cycle, emphasized Evgeny Trifonov, director of the management company.
