Parfenchikov Artur Olegovich
Born November 29, 1964, in Petrozavodsk.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of A. A. Zhdanov Leningrad State University in 1987.
From 1987, worked as an Assistant Prosecutor of the Olonets District Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Karelia, from 1988 worked as an investigator of the Olonets district Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Karelia.
From 1991, Deputy Prosecutor of the city of Sortavala of the Republic of Karelia. In 1995-2000, worked as the Deputy Prosecutor of Petrozavodsk. Appoined Prosecutor of Petrozavodsk in 2000.
From 2006, served as Head of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in St. Petersburg, the Chief Bailiff of St. Petersburg.
Appointed Deputy Director of the Federal Bailiff Service, the Deputy Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation, in 2007.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, appointed Director of the Federal Bailiff Service, the Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation, in 2008.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, appointed Acting Head of the Republic of Karelia on February 15, 2017.
On September 26, 2022, he took office as the Head of the Republic of Karelia.
Current State Counsellor in Justice of the Russian Federation. Awarded the Order of Honor and the Medal of the II degree Order "For Merit to the Fatherland".
Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation.
Has a daughter and son. Married. Plays sports.
